• Ethnographic research
With these tools our experienced researcher elicit responses that our participants otherwise would not share. By engaging our experience in classical methodology and introducing innovative solutions we transform the ‘volumes’ of information into easily ‘digestible’ data.
To expand the capabilities of traditional methods we have also implemented biometric and behavioural measurements. For example, using EEG or Reaction Times allows us to differentiate between the declarative and non-declarative brand associations.
